DEW DROP HOME STAY REQUESTS THE GUEST(s) TO GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA / POLICIES:

General Policy

• As COVID precaution protocol please follow the Restriction Imposed and Guidelines as Being Issued Time to Time by the Government and it is still a mandatory requirement to carry mask, sanitizer and vaccine certificate.

• During check-in time all guest will have to produce an identity card (Voter Identity card / Passport /Driving License/Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt.) in original.

Booking Policy

• Booking will be confirmed only after 100% of the total booking amount is paid by the guest.

• DEW DROP HOME STAY allows the facility of booking over phone or mail. This booking will be valid for 3 days from the date of phone call or mail. On the 4th day the booking stands cancelled if the guest fails to fulfill the clause of 100% payment mentioned just above.

Child Policy

• Maximum two children up to 5-years of age may stay with parents without any extra charges.

• Children’s at the age group of 6 to 10 years will charged for food only, to be decided on site.

• Children’s above 10 years will be charged full.

Cancellation/ Pre / Postponement Policy-:

• In case of cancellation NO AMOUNT will be REFUNDED but one time postponement will be given for another SIX MONTHS TO ONE YEAR from the date of check in depending upon the availability of rooms. BUT to avail the postponement facility management should be informed VERBALLY AND IN WRITING at least 7 days before of check in date.

• Pre / Postponement of booking is allowed only once for a particular booking.

Parking and Driver Policy:

• Prior reservation for parking and driver stay at the property is COMPULSORY.

• Additional payment of 500/- per day will be charged for driver and it includes Bed and Food.
